New remote series kick-off

After none of our event series could be continued in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, we will start with the remote version of our Laravel Meetup in 2021 – and expand it to the entire German-speaking area: introducing Laravel Meetup Germany.

byte5 has been hosting the Laravel Meetup Rhein-Main in its offices for several years. This is where Laravelians from the region came together for pizza, snacks and drinks, help each other and discuss current Laravel topics. In-depth technical input was provided by the Laravel experts at Diamond Partner byte5.

In order to continue our popular meetup series, even in times of social restrictions, with the Laravel Meetup Germany, we are launching a new meetup series. The new online event will take place every four to six weeks via Microsoft Teams and it will also include regular live exchanges with Laravel founder Taylor Otwell.

To kick our online meetups off, our Laravel experts Marcel Wege and Janosch Wann will talk about the “State of Laravel” on Thursday, 15 April 2021. As always, participation is free of charge. Feel free to bring your questions and topic suggestions, as well. The dates for the following meetups will be announced shortly.
